The contact details you give us — for example your name and email address — when you buy a package, open a support ticket or contact sales. Billing and account details are handled in WHMCS. We also keep the technical records needed to run the service, such as server logs and stream statistics.
To run your panel and licence, bill you through WHMCS, keep the service secure, and answer your questions. We do not sell your personal information to anyone.
Your station or channel content is yours. Broadcasters are responsible for the content they broadcast and for having the rights or licences for that content. Multicaster hosts the station, but it is not responsible for broadcaster content.

We aim to keep the service running, but maintenance and updates can cause short interruptions. We do not promise uninterrupted service.
